EMEA-Listed ETF Flash Flows Reveals Outflows

In State Street Global Advisors' report titled "EMEA-Listed ETF Flash Flows", it is revealed that EMEA-domiciled ETFs experienced net outflows of $893mn last week. This was largely driven by outflows from equity and fixed income ETFs, which lost $757mn and $428mn, respectively. In contrast, money market ETFs enjoyed net inflows of $368mn, while commodity ETFs lost $59mn.
Notably, ESG ETFs suffered significant net outflows of $1.4bn, driven by equity exposures which dropped $846mn last week. Fixed income ESG ETFs also saw net outflows of $512mn. Additionally, global equity exposures led the outflows last week with a total of $1.1bn, followed by corporate bond ETFs which lost $375mn.
