UBP's Positive Impact Equity (PIE) fund has welcomed two new co-managers, Charlie Anniss and Adrien Cambonie, who join forces with Rupert Welchman. The addition of these experts will significantly benefit PIE due to their extensive experience in European SMID cap investments. The team has diligently worked to optimize the portfolio's positioning, aiming to boost performance and revitalize the fund.
Substantial Changes and Upcoming Merger:
With the intention of reflecting the new opportunity set, PIE's upper limit of holdings will increase from 45 to 55. Additionally, UBAM – Europe Responsible Small Cap (ERSC) will be merged into PIE on April 17. This merger will allow PIE to remain a flexible all-cap portfolio, taking full advantage of the team's expertise and proven track record in the small and mid-cap space.
